This open top windmill pump cylinder is designed so you are able to pull your 
rod and plunger up through the drop pipe to change your leather cups. 
This saves a lot of work by not having to pull the pipe out of the well to service 
the windmill pump cylinder plunger leather cups.

The #449-B  all brass open top style windmill cylinder allows for both the plunger assembly and the bottom check to be pulled for service without pulling the steel drop pipe. All are constructed of 13 gauge seamless brass tubing, with all brass caps, a 3 leather ball valve brass plunger, and a ball valve brass bottom check.

These Flush Cap brass windmill pump cylinders do not have outside caps. This makes
it possible to use a bigger cylinder in the well than you could with an
A-40 brass lined cylinder that has heavy cast iron caps on the ends.

The #442 windmill cylinder is all brass and is made from seamless brass tubing. Its flush cap design
(no outside caps) allows you to install a larger cylinder in a smaller diameter well.

These old standby windmill pump cylinders are the style used for many years. 
Made of cast iron with a brass lining, these cylinders are designed to take a
beating and keep right on pumping. Heavy cast iron caps are sturdy
enough to really put a wrench onto so everything is real tight.

These windmill cylinders have a heavy cast iron body, a brass inside liner, a 2 leather all brass plunger, all brass bottom check poppet, 7/16" galvanized plunger rod, and heavy outside cast iron caps that are tapped for 1-1/4" pipe.
